The following points should be paid attention to in the special shade net for ginger planting:
1. The light transmittance of the shading net should be 50%. If it is too large, the shading effect will be poor; if it is too small, the shading will be too strong and it will become leggy.
2. The height of the sunshade net should be no less than 1.5m to facilitate ventilation under the net.
3. Due to the better microclimate and suitable temperature and humidity under the sunshade net, some pests (such as ginger borer) are prone to occur, and precautions should be taken.
4. The time to remove the sunshade net should be 5-10d earlier than the traditional time of pulling the ginger shadow grass to prevent the ginger from growing too long.
5. It is not advisable to buckle the large arch shed too early, as it is easy to generate high temperature and frost too late. After the shed is closed, attention should be paid to the ventilation at noon.
6. Water should be watered 3-5 days before the big arch shed is buckled, and it should not be watered after the shed is buckled to prevent the humidity in the shed from being too high and affecting the quality of ginger.
7. The individual growth of detoxified ginger is more prosperous than that of ordinary ginger. In order to prevent the group from being too large, the density should be adjusted appropriately. The cultivation density of ordinary ginger seeds can be 50cm×20cm, and the cultivation density of detoxified ginger seeds can be 55cm×25cm.
